Shipping & Delivery Information
I placed an order online but did not receive a confirmation email. How do I know whether my purchase was successful?
An automated confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during checkout within 5-10 minutes of placing your order. If you do not receive the confirmation order in your inbox please check your junk box or clutter folder.
If you are unable to locate your confirmation email, please contact our customer service representatives on +852 28030134 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm the order with us.
How long will my order take?
All items are handmade to order and will take 2-5 working days to make and then delivery time by your selected shipping carriers.
A confirmation email will be sent to your email address when your shipment has been dispatched from our office.
Please allow 2-5 working days for arrival.
*** If we are unable to fulfill your order, you will be notify by email or phone (or whatsapp).
*** Please Note: During sales and peak purchasing periods such as Christmas seasons, our dispatch times may be delayed due to the personalization process and the volume of orders we received.
What shipping carrier do you use?
We use Hong Kong Post EC Ship and SF Express to send out your order for Hong Kong address.
You can select your preferred shipping carrier at the checkout page.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Hong Kong Post EC Ship: You can expect the delivery in around 1-3 working days.
SF Express: Normally it will arrive you on the next working day after we dispatched, however there might 1-3 working days delayed during peak season such as 11/11, Black Friday and Christmas etc.
Can I track my order?
Yes, all purchase will be provided with a tracking number.
A confirmation email will be sent to your email address when your shipment has been dispatched from our office, together with the tracking number [should check inbox / junk box]. Please make sure that your email address is entered correctly when placing the order.

Can I change or cancel my order.
You can change or cancel your order anytime if your order haven’t been processed. Once the order is sent, we are sorry that we are unable to make any change or cancel your order.
Can I choose my own colors?
All our crayons gift set will come with a mixture of light and dark shades.
If you have specific color requests on the color combination, please email us on email@example.com, we will try our best to accommodate your requests.
Due to the nature of natural waxes, our crayons tended to give a lovely soft color when drawn onto paper. This may be more muted than you are used to with conventional paraffin wax crayons.
Are they suitable for toddlers?
We use all the natural wax and food grade pigment, which is non-toxic and completely safe for children. However, some sizes of our crayons are small, therefore, do not allow children to put small crayons in their mouths. To avoid choking hazard, we suggest our crayons are not suitable for children under 3 years. Please check the individual descriptions for size dimension.
Is this a gift?
Go Doodle is nicely packaged as a gift that no gift wrapping is really necessary. Put down your gift message when you place the order online. Complimentary Gift Message Note is available on requested.
If you are not happy with your product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We’re happy to exchange regular-priced items (excluding sale items) that have not been used and are in their original condition, unopened and un-used, in the original boxes packaging, complete with any related accessories and tags. Please note the colour of the product shown on the computer screen may be different to its true colour due to the difference in resolution depending on the web browser you are using and the settings of your Computer. You must accept such variation in colour. Opened merchandise with a manufacturing defect will be exchanged same as the original purchase. Manufacturing defect will be determined upon inspection and at the sole discretion of miniFab Limited. Exchange per item is accepted once only.
All returns must be done within 7 days from the day of receiving the goods for Hong Kong orders.
If you wish to exchange, you are responsible for the extra return postage charges and an additional delivery fee will be charged. Please note that we do not offer returns for ‘change of mind’ purchases or if the item is not what you expect.
Simply contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number to request for a return. We highly recommend that all exchanges and returns are sent to us as registered post or with a tracking number as we do not take responsibility for any lost, stolen parcels or parcels delayed by the postal service.
Damaged or Faulty Items
We carefully check each item before packaging and sending it to you. In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged in transit, please contact us at email@example.com within 24 hours of your receipt. Please also ensure that you take the following steps:
1) Take photos of the original shipping box and the damaged item(s)
2) Please retain the damaged goods and packaging and contact us via email for further assistance.
Do you ship internationally?
We can ship to most destinations worldwide. International Shipping options (parcels) can be provided via Registered Air Mail service provided by the Hong Kong Post Office. Please contact us on +852 28030134 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for shipping cost quote.
